Available fulfilment methods
- Store pickup: Free, from PCMOD at Garden Shoppe @ One City after the order is marked ready.
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM10 tracked delivery.
- Sabah and Sarawak: RM15 tracked delivery.
Processing
Orders are processed after payment verification. Customers will be contacted when a pickup order is ready or when a delivery order has been prepared.
Pickup
Please wait for confirmation before travelling to collect an order. Bring the order number and be prepared to verify the customer name or WhatsApp number.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, weather, remote areas or other events outside PCMOD TCG's control.
Address accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate address, postcode, state and contact number. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery or return-to-sender may be payable by the customer.
Packaging and transit issues
Cards are packed with reasonable protection. Report missing items, significant damage or an incorrect order promptly after delivery, with clear photos of the packaging and contents.
