Before payment verification
You may request cancellation before payment has been verified. Unpaid orders may also expire automatically after the reservation period.
After payment verification
Contact PCMOD TCG as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has been packed, marked ready for pickup or handed to a courier.
Change of mind
Trading card singles are generally not returnable for change of mind after collection or delivery, subject to any rights that apply under Malaysian law.
Incorrect, missing or materially damaged items
Contact PCMOD TCG promptly with the order number and clear photographs. Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved. Where a claim is accepted, the remedy may be replacement, store credit, partial refund or refund, depending on availability and the circumstances.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are normally returned using an agreed Malaysian payment method. Processing time can vary depending on banks and payment services.
Foil curling and minor variation
Minor foil curvature, print centring, surface variation or other manufacturing characteristics may not qualify as damage unless materially inconsistent with the listed condition.
