Information we collect
When you place an order, we may collect your name, WhatsApp number, email address, delivery address, postcode, state, order notes, purchased items and payment receipt details.
How we use it
- To create, verify, fulfil and support your order.
- To contact you about payment, pickup, delivery or order issues.
- To maintain stock, transaction and accounting records.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and duplicate orders.
Payment receipts
Uploaded receipts are used only to verify payment and administer the related order. Do not upload unrelated personal documents.
Service providers
The storefront uses service providers such as Cloudflare and Supabase to host the website, database and uploaded receipt data. Information may be processed through their infrastructure.
Retention
Order and payment records may be retained for operational, accounting, dispute-resolution and legal purposes. Data that is no longer needed may be deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
You may contact PCMOD TCG through the same official channel used for your order to request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information. Some records may need to be retained where required for business or legal reasons.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
